1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Elevate My CRM (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Services
Elevate My CRM provides an all-in-one business management platform that includes CRM, marketing automation, lead capture, and communication tools for business clients. Access to the Platform is provided through a monthly or annual subscription.
3. Subscription and Payment
Clients may subscribe at $97 per month or $970 per year.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after three (3) days of purchase.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
Cancellations take effect immediately upon request and no prorated refunds are offered for unused time.
By subscribing, you authorize Elevate My CRM to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
4. Account Ownership and Data
Clients retain full ownership of their data, including contacts, messages, content, and other information stored within their account.
Clients may export their data at any time before cancellation.
Upon cancellation, data may be permanently deleted after 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
Elevate My CRM may retain anonymized system data for internal performance and analytics purposes.
5. Cancellations and Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by written notice to [email protected].
Elevate My CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or misuse the Platform (including spam, unauthorized access, or payment failure).
6. Intellectual Property
All software, materials, trademarks, and content made available by Elevate My CRM remain the property of Elevate My CRM, LLC. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Platform without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elevate My CRM is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, reliability, or specific results from using the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate My CRM, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business interruption resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, including issues caused by third-party integrations or service interruptions.
8. No Guarantee of Results
While Elevate My CRM provides tools designed to support business growth and marketing automation, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead generation results.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
Elevate My CRM reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
